Back To Work Recruitment has been formed to specifically assist small to medium sized businesses to use the government's kickstart scheme. We will guide and support you through the process from recruitment, training and monitoring of the youngsters on the scheme and ensure that the salary, national insurance and pension costs are covered off at the appropriate times that we agree with you.

- a financial whiz known to turn around a loss-making unit and
- a young man who has set up his own successful logistics & recycling companies
Aubrey Barrett: A leading expert in professional tennis coaching and sports development, Aubrey has a passion and desire to help young people from deprived areas, using sports as a vehicle for good. He set up the vocational training programme at Arsenal FC, which helped the club win the annual honours. He also pioneered the first community programme with Hammersmith & Fulham, which became the blue-print for the rest of London.
Robert Morton: is a financial wizard with 30+ years with NatWest Bank having worked at various leadership levels. Robert worked with the government to ensure compliance to sanctions screening & money laundering legislation at the global team level. An avid sports enthusiast he has given his time to sports development and during the 1990's he was the Financial Director of Barnes Sports Club Ltd. He now assists his son in his innovative recycling businesses.
Tom Morton: Has a degree in Environmental Science and has developed two successful businesses, one in relation to recycling and the other on the logistics side. Tom has spent the last 15 years building relationships in the recycling industry & has used those contacts to build on the success of his company - Recycling Waste Solutions Ltd. He is also now in the process of starting a mattress recycling company in Manchester which will mean the waste products from these materials are ALL recycled thus further helping our environment.
100% of the relevant National Minimum Wage for 25 hours per week at no cost to the employer
100% of National Insurance payments for the employee at no cost to the employer
100% of pension contributions covered off by the scheme at no cost to the employer
There must be a minimum of 30 job placements per application but if you have fewer then we can join you with other employers to ensure we reach 30 or more placements
The role must be for a minimum of 25 hours per week
The employment should be for a 6 month period.
The individual being employed must not replace an existing employee or an existing contractor. The role must be new to the organisation.
The new role should not require the individual being placed to undertake extensive training before they begin.
Job specifications will need to be drawn up for each placement.
We will work with you to draw up the appropriate paperwork to ensure compliance with government guidelines - see below for more details
It is important to ensure the job specification is structured correctly and we will assist your organisation in putting this together prior to submitting the application.
The employee being placed will need to be set up on PAYE . We will support you with this and when required we offer to pay your PAYE costs every two months to ensure your outgoings are kept to a minimum.
We know the importance networking & to enable this can put employers in touch with one another in order to share best practice.
We will provide support with creating contracts with the individuals being placed to ensure the government criteria for the scheme is met
We will aim to provide a shortlist of suitable candidates for the roll being offered saving you your valuable time.
